Common questions
Do you accept my insurance?
We accept most PPO dental plans. Call (801) 467-6555 with your plan name and we'll confirm whether we're in network before your visit.
What if I don't have insurance?
Join our in-office membership plan. Your exams, cleanings and X-rays are covered, with savings on other treatment. Ask our front desk for details.
What should I bring?
A photo ID, your insurance card if you have one, and a list of any medications you take.
It's been years since my last visit. Is that okay?
Completely. No lectures and no judgment. We'll start where you are.
